I/we consent to MRC using the provided email address to accept service of notices and any other documents given under or in connection with the tenancy. Should these details change during the course of the tenancy, it is the tenant’s responsibility to inform us of the new details.

I/we confirm that the information contained in this application is true, accurate, to the best of my knowledge and not misleading.

I/we authorise MRC Estate & Letting Agents Ltd to contact any of the named persons or organisations on this application and authorise that any such named persons/organisations may give any information regarding me/us that relates to our suitability as tenant(s).

MRC may also contact the following organisations for information relating to my/our tenancy at any time if the information requested relates to the period of the tenancy held by the above applicants:

Tenancy Agreement and/or Guarantor Agreement are available to view at MRC Estate & Letting Agents Ltd, 2-4 Baker Street Hull HU2 8HP during normal office hours.

Photographic Identification must be produced (eg. Passport, Driving Licence, etc) and we may require additional ID/ photographic ID in order to satisfy the requirements of the Immigration Act 2014.

We use an independent referencing agency, Vouch, to collect and confirm references from you via an online application process.

Upon applying for a property full references including credit history and 'right to rent' checks must be run. There is a non-refundable administration charge per person applying and we cannot begin any of our checks until this payment has been made. The referencing process takes around 7 days and should a guarantor be needed this may also have an effect on the time taken to complete referencing.

I understand that MRC Estate & Letting Agents Ltd will use the information provided to make decisions about my application. I/We understand that the ‘Contract and Administration Fee’ charged by MRC Estate & Lettings Agents Ltd is to cover the costs of processing the tenancy request. In the event that I/We withdraw the application, or the application is refused due to inaccurate or misleading information provided, the applicant will be charged for the work carried out to the point of withdrawal in accordance with our Scale of Charges which are displayed at MRC Estate & Letting Agents Ltd, 2-4 Baker Street Hull HU2 8HP.
