Tenancy Agreement and/or Guarantor Agreement are available to view at MRC Estate & Letting Agents Ltd, 2-4 Baker Street Hull HU2 8HP during normal office hours.
Photographic Identification must be produced (eg. Passport, Driving Licence, etc) and we may require additional ID/ photographic ID in order to satisfy the requirements of the Immigration Act 2014.
We use an independent referencing agency to collect and confirm references from you via an online application process. Please note, all referencing details must be provided upon referencing.
Upon applying for a property, full references including credit checks, landlord references, employment references, and Right to Rent checks must be undertaken. We allow a deadline of 14 days for the referencing process to complete.
