Maintaining your property is a key priority for us and we have a number of contractors and a dedicated maintenance team to deal with any maintenance issues during the tenancy. What you need

You have to have a valid EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) to market a property. If you don’t have one we can arrange for one to be done at a cost of £55, including VAT. If you have bought or have let your property since 2007, then you’ll probably already have one.

Gas certificates can be supplied yearly for £40 including VAT

You may be liable for further costs as part of your landlord responsibilities.

Gas certificates and service can both be supplied for £50 including VAT.

Electric certificates can also be supplied, please ask for a quote.
